Does the wallpaper smell?
No! Our latex inks are odourless. They’re kid safe & non-toxic. No nasty ink smells.
What is FWP made from?
Our wallpaper has a lovely canvas-like texture. Our wallpaper is a woven polyester fabric, this allows the wallpaper to breathe (so air bubbles don’t get trapped under the wallpaper). Not only that, FWP’s removable wallpaper is opaque, washable & durable, it will not rip or tear. It can be easily removed and reinstalled if necessary with no residue left on smooth surfaces and no damage to the wallpaper.
What Guarantees, Refund Policies or Insurance do you offer?
FWP offers a 3 year guarantee on our wallpaper against fading and adhesion issues, and a 5 year life span.
Refunds are only issued if the wallpaper is returned to us and there is a printing, manufacturing issue which can not be resolved. Refunds will only be considered if there is no forcible resolution within 30 days of purchase. Please note if the wall surface is not suitable (please see T&C’s) this is not grounds for a refund.
I’m having trouble with your website?
If you are using older versions of Internet Explorer (before version 9.0), you may experience problems uploading images. FWP uses the latest HTML 5 platform and highly recommends you use web browsers such as Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to have a great user experience.
Do you share my uploaded photos?
No! Your uploaded images are not shown on our website or shared with any 3rd party, and are deleted after your order is complete.
How do I know if my own image is high enough resolution?
Make sure your image is larger than a 2mb jpeg file, we will get back to you if we feel the resolution quality is not sufficient.
Can I use an image taken by my camera phone?
Yes, however this will depend on your smart phone. Make sure you select the high definition feature on your phone. iPhone users should select the HDR option.
How do I create a collage?
We recommend using one of the many photo editing software packages on your PC or Mac (Adobe Photoshop etc). Once you have created your collage artwork, simply click the ‘Upload Image’ function. Remember to use high-resolution images.

How easy is the Installation & Removal process?
FWP is the super easy DIY product. Simply peel on, peel off. Re-positionable so there are no mistakes, you can peel on or off and start over without damaging your wallpaper. We recommend you use your hand, pressing firmly onto the wall surface. FWP adheres directly onto all smooth, clean surfaces*
*FWP DOES NOT adhere to a rough surfaces or Teflon coated paint walls
Clean or dust your wall is the only preparation required.
Freshly painted walls need to be left to settle for a recommended 6 days before applying FWP to ensure the paint has settled into the wall and no paint damage will occur. FWP does not adhere to Teflon paint.
Do you offer an installation service?
Please email hello@featurewallprints.com.au for a free no-obligation install quote, prices will vary dependant on location and complexity of install (multiple light switches, powerpoints etc). We do highlight the fact FWP is a DIY installation product and a professional is certainly not required!
What surfaces will FWP adhere too?
FWP’s self-adhesive backing sticks to most smooth wall surfaces. Plasterboard painted wall, timber/mdf/plywood (requires an undercoat of paint as a minimum), glass and tile are perfect for FWP.
If your wall is porous (brick wall, etc) FWP will not adhere as the porous surface compromises the adhesion and generally needs a smooth render, or a sealant finish, this is all to be trialled before purchase as each wall is different. If you are unsure about your wall surface we suggest you order a sample to test the adhesion quality or contact us on hello@featurewallprints.com.au to query your surface.
What mess will be left behind when I remove the wallpaper?
No residue or sticky walls will be left behind after removal.
Please ensure you slowly peel back the wallpaper from the wall, as ripping may cause brittle or freshly painted walls to flake.
If you have recently painted your wall please ensure you give it ample time to cure before applying your wallpaper.
Can FWP be re-applied?
Our special wallpaper can be removed and re-applied to your walls over and over again. The adhesive properties of our wallpaper remain constant and offer continued easy installation and removal.
We recommend keeping the original packaging that your wallpaper comes attached to for transportation or storage at a later date.
What about bubbles?
FWP’s unique removable substate is made from a fabric material. This allows the wallpaper to breathe and bubbles will simply disappear by rubbing your hand over the effected area. In the event a bubble returns, simply lift the wallpaper panel off the wall and allow to resettle, smoothing it down.
How do I store my wallpaper once I’ve removed it?
You can easily store your wallpaper by simply placing it back on the original backing paper and evenly rolling up your images backwards (image side out) without creasing. Place in a suitable box and store flat in a dry location.
How do I look after and maintain my wallpaper?
If you need to clean your wallpaper, lightly wipe down with a warm soapy (dishwashing detergent) damp cloth or sponge. Avoid chemicals, abrasive materials and pressured concentrated scrubbing.
